The AU Student Health Center provides primary care medical services and health education and wellness programming to AU students. The Student Health Center services include routine exam, allergy injection, immunizations.

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday: 8 AM – 5:00 PM
Wednesday: 9:30AM-5:00PM
Note: When American University is closed,
the SHS is also closed (i.e. holidays, weather-related emergencies, etc.).

On Tuesday, October 14th the Student Health Center will be opening at 10am.
If you are on campus and experiencing an emergency, please call
Public Safety at x3636. If you are off campus, please call 911.
Flu Vaccinations
Flu Shots will be administered from 9:30am-12:00pm and from 2:30pm-4:30pm on Wednesday, October 15th. To schedule an appointment email Edythe Cook at edythe@american.edu.
