STATEMENT OF DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 

The purpose of the General Accounting Office is to exercise control over the financial resources of the University. We coordinate and maintain an integrated system of accounting and analyze and report on program accomplishments in financial terms. We are responsible to insure compliance with federal and state accounting and tax regulations. We coordinate the enforcement of the university's fiscal policies and procedures.
